Once upon a time, in a town in New Jersey,
there lived a girl in an orange-brown home…
Deep-feeler
On a plot of green land with plants, flowers and bushes, an exuberant pink tree in the front yard and a wooden forest in the backyard, deer roam around in the grassy meadow, a woodpecker pecks wood on the side of the home, squirrels flutter around as they scurry up and down the big tree. An owl perches on the rooftop overlooking the driveway as if in a watchtower, a feisty skunk comes around every now again to say hi, and inside, a house cat lays curled up sleeping in a box…
Interior design of pinks, browns and greens, western themes with thoughtfully designed spaces in each room fills this family home with beauty along with piles of papers and disorganized lived-in-ness. Some rooms feel like they have been lived in every day, with flowing energy, and some rooms feel like they haven’t been touched for quite a while. Some closets have a lot of order and some closets have complete chaos.
At the center of this home is A very sensitive, deep-feeler little girl. . .
who experiences these rooms and their energies as if they were palpable. She feels into the beating heart of this big house with its floor to ceiling windows as the sunlight is pouring through, illuminating and enlivening some spaces in the home, while others seem exiled from the warmth and soothing light of the sun.
Close to dinner time, music playing from the CD player in the background while food is cooking on the stove, this little girl opens up a closet to have some fun, play and discover.
First, she finds coats hanging disheveled, their arms sticking out left and right, a shoe pile that resembles a rocky mountain top where an avalanche might cascade at any moment. Stuffed on the sidelines, a glove, a sports cleat, and a helmet mingle together to have a party. She wonders what would happen if she changed the energy via the physical belongings of this closet? How would it feel? What would it create?
All of a sudden, a rampage — an early evening rampage of pulling the tangible down, flinging items out, shaking up and moving around. For a moment, an even bigger mess, an utter and complete mess. What else is possible? Confusion, curiosity, creativity. Then, in a burst of a spark, it begins. Energy swirls, tangible items dance around and systems are built. Cleansing, Clearing, Movement, Growth, and then… Beauty. The kind of beauty where your whole body exhales and a relaxed smile warms your face in awe of seeing that this canvas could be painted in this new way, not even knowing that these colors even existed before this moment.
Deeply moved by the connection of energy,
items and the feeling of the space now all in alignment, the girl had no idea that through her unbridled exploration she would bring the home, and her family, from chaos to calm, but that she would also create beauty and art, all in a simple coat closet.
The seed of Clean and Clear Living was planted in this home to bring ease to the space and peace to its family.

It wasn’t just a Closet,
it became a Magical land. . .
Practical ease
Part of my very innate organic skill set that nobody taught me, I just knew how to do, has always been inside of me.
I found creativity and I found art, and I also found practical ease that became my canvas.
At the bedrock, a natural investigator of truth, I would experience visuals and physical feelings inside of me when I would clean out a closet then donate everything. Then my sisters, my father and I would be able to properly utilize the mudroom closet with functionality and efficiency instead of it being like one of those cartoon closets where you know if you open it, a landslide of stuff will fall on top of you. At 12 years old, I asked my Dad, “Can I change the closet at the top of the stairs?” My Father gave me permission and I went into my zone.
From there, a deep love for this craft continued to flow through me as a natural ability to be of service to loved ones, and then it became Cleaning and then it became Clearing and then it became Clean And Clear Living, a craft based in transformation of fogginess into clarity, feelings and desires into concretized art. I could always feel into spaces and energies intuitively and then in my adulthood, I discovered Feng Shui and started studying it, not realizing that I had already been organically practicing and connecting to these tools since I was a child.
My Philosophy for
Harmonious Living and
an Organized Home & Life:
To Choose the Truthful Way of Transformation
Envision the sensation of reaching for an object close to your heart with your eyes closed, then your fingertips gently touch the surface. Feel the way electrical currents dance across the shelves, gliding through belongings, swirling around beautiful pieces that each carry meaning. Smell the way smoke burns off of a bundle of Sage or Palo Santo and as bells reverberate through the musical stratosphere. Walk through the wooden floors, wool rugs, and color schemes of various textiles and
fabrics with breath and ease. Move from cabinet to cabinet, drawer to drawer and room to room with effortlessness as you saunter out your door to go into your day. This vision is an example of a life lived in harmony and experienced through the practice of attunement. From this space, anchoring into how you want to feel, what your truth is and what your dreams are, everything looks a little clearer, feels a little fresher, and resonates as a lot more YOU.

Whatever we Plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with Repetition and emotion will One Day become a reality.
